Worldwide shipping

MIUUR ships worldwide. Orders are dispatched from Spain and delivered by DHL or a similar international courier service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Estimated delivery times

Spain: 1–2 business days
European Union: approximately 2–5 business days
Rest of the world: approximately 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all leather bags.

Shipping costs for other products, when applicable, are calculated according to destination and displayed at checkout before payment.

Taxes & duties

Taxes and import duties are included in the final price for international orders. No additional duties should be charged upon delivery.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are correct. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible and may incur additional courier charges.

Uncollected or refused deliveries

If an order is returned to MIUUR because the delivery was refused, repeatedly unsuccessful or the address provided was incorrect, any costs incurred in returning the parcel may be deducted from the refund.
