To purchase an item at miuur.com, simply press the “ADD” button on the product page, then proceed to “CHECKOUT” and follow the steps to finalize your purchase. You will then be directed to our secure check-out area where you can specify your billing and delivery address (which may be different to the billing address, for example: a work address, a company, the address of the person you wish to send a gift to, etc). The final step is the Secure Payment, where you will be able to select from various payment methods.
In some cases, after pressing the “PLACE ORDER” button, you may be directed to your bank’s webpage where you will be asked for an extra security password for payment with your Visa card, MasterCard or UnionPay card. This is the 3D Secure Code, a security system which has been developed by your bank and which will ask you for your password to ensure your payment is secure. For further information, please contact your bank directly.
All prices and online transactions made at miuur.com are displayed and processed in EUR as the base currency. You can choose your preferred payment currency at check-out for your convenience. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products on the miuur.com website at any time and without prior notice. However, the prices that appear when the consumer makes a purchase will be considered valid.
MIUUR cannot be held responsible for any currency changes, currency exchange rates or fees any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
We accept credit and debit Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay. Payment via bank transfer, cheque or COD are not accepted.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer, if authorisation is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, therefore, please ensure all your personal details are correct including contact information, billing and shipping address, to avoid unexpected delays. We reserve the right to delay any order for a security review.
All transactions on this website are processed using Redsys, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data. You will notice that when you enter the checkout process, the location (URL) field at the top of the browser begins with ‘https:’ instead of ‘http:’ preceded by a closed lock symbol, which means that you are in a secure mode. Please note that we do not store customer’s credit card details within our website database. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
Once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed, your order will automatically be sent to MIUUR for processing. Confirmation of your order means your acceptance of the whole Terms and Conditions of Sale through MIUUR’s online store. You will receive an email with the confirmation and details of your order.
Any data registered by the miuur.com website will serve as proof of the transactions carried out between MIUUR and its customers. In the event of a dispute between MIUUR and one of its customers about a transaction carried out through the miuur.com website, all the data registered by MIUUR will be considered as irrefutable proof of the transaction.

Stock availability
Our team will endeavour to keep the stock availability as updated as possible, but MIUUR cannot be liable if stock is unavailable at any given time. In the case of an issue with ordered stock, MIUUR will contact the customer within 48 hours after purchase to offer a solution.
